It’s a companion to the FPU lessons that helps you learn and take action.
Inside you’ll find:

Note: Some workbooks include blank notes, while others (included with certain purchases) may have answers pre-filled.
Using the Physical Workbook
If you received a printed copy:
- It ships shortly after your order
- Use it while watching each lesson
- Take notes, complete exercises, and track progress

Using the Digital Workbook
Your digital workbook is always available in your dashboard.
To access it:

- Go to Resources
- Download the Digital Workbook
You can:
- Fill it out on your device (editable PDF), or
- Print it and write by hand
You’re free to switch between digital and physical; whatever works best.
Do I Need the Workbook?
It’s not required, but it’s highly recommended. The workbook helps you process what you’re learning and take real action.
